My own belief on the “star wars kid” is that it was his own fault that his video was found and posted, because he was using school property and then left the tape lying around. If he didn’t want anyone to find the tape, he should have taken it home and uploaded the video on his own computer for his assignment and then delete the video. Along with this, I don’t believe that the students and their families should not of been forced to pay $300,000 for this little school prank. Once this video was found by the school, it should have been dealt with at the school and the students at most, should of been suspended.
BLAKE - yes but you need to think of the psycological damage that this has caused the child he will be scared for life
Madeline: I agree david but those kids should of known better then to put the video on the internet without permission they caused him alot of emotional damage, but yes i agree the parents shouldn't of had to pay all that many for the childish kids behaviour.
